Prediction outside covers
This is a one-of-a-kind journal upcycled from a technical book, "Software Reliability: Measurement, Prediction, Application."
I glued pages from the original book over most of the cover and then drew a mandala with markers.  Decorative gold glitter ribbon in addition
provides anchors for binding the blank pages into the journal.

open pages
I hand tore the pages of the journal to the size of the cover from green colored paper and bound them into the spine of the book cover using a vine-variant long and kettle stitches.  These are visible on the spine.  The book block (a term meaning all the pages of a book as a whole) contains seven signatures (a term for groups of pages folded together).
